Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
GoFinance Pro Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 17117454). Registered office: Suite RA01, 195-197 Wood Street, London, E17 3NU.

“We”,
“us” and “our” refer to GoFinance Pro Ltd and “you”
and “your” refer to the individual accessing or
purchasing the course, for the purposes of these terms.
2.1 You are purchasing access to an online educational course about financial literacy and financial instruments. The course consists of live online sessions or pre-recorded video content or a combination of both as described on our website at the time of purchase.
2.2 The course is delivered digitally. No physical materials are included unless expressly stated.
2.3 We reserve the right to make updates or changes to the course content at our discretion, with the aim of keeping it accurate and relevant.
3.1 The price of the course is as displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices are in Great British pounds (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT (GoFinance Pro Ltd is not currently VAT registered).
3.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase via the payment methods available on our website.
3.3 Your access to the course will be provided once payment has been confirmed.
4.1 Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase, without giving any reason.
4.2 Important — Waiver of
Cancellation Right for Digital Content: If you wish to access the course
content (including live sessions or recordings) within the 14-day cancellation
period, you must give your explicit consent to begin receiving the digital
content immediately. By giving this consent, you acknowledge that you will lose
your right to cancel once you have accessed or begun the course.
4.3 To exercise your right to cancel (before accessing the course), contact us at info@gofinance.pro stating your name, the date of purchase, and that you wish to cancel. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice.
4.4 Once you have accessed the course content (including attending a live session or viewing any recorded material), no refund will be provided, except where the course is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
4.5 If you believe the course is not as described or is of unsatisfactory quality, please contact us at info@gofinance.pro within 30 days of purchase, explaining the issue. We will review your complaint and, where appropriate, offer a remedy which may include re-delivery of the relevant course content or a partial or full refund.
5.1 Live sessions will take place on the dates and times communicated to you after purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver all scheduled sessions but reserve the right to reschedule individual sessions with reasonable notice.
5.2 If you miss a live session, we are not obligated to provide a replacement session or refund for that session, although recordings may be made available at our discretion.
5.3 Access to any recorded course content will be available for 3 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
5.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, including but not limited to sharing, copying, or redistributing course content.
6.1 All course content, including but not limited to videos, slides, documents, graphics, and written materials, is the intellectual property of GoFinance Pro Ltd and is protected by copyright law.
6.2 You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and view the course content for your own private educational use only.
6.3 You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, share, upload, stream, broadcast, sell, or otherwise make available any course content to any third party. This includes sharing login credentials, screen recording sessions, or distributing course materials in any form.
6.4 Any breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your course access without refund, and we reserve the right to pursue legal action.
7.1 This course is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing in this course constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, or any other form of professional advice.
7.2 GoFinance Pro Ltd is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide personalised recommendations or advice regarding specific financial products, investments, or transactions.
7.3 The information provided in the course is based on publicly available information and general financial theory. It should not be relied upon as a basis for making financial decisions.
7.4 You should always seek independent professional financial advice before making any investment or financial decision. GoFinance Pro Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for any actions taken or not taken based on the course content.
7.5 Past performance of any financial instrument or strategy discussed in the course is not indicative of future results. All investments carry risk, including the potential loss of capital.
8.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoFinance Pro Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the course.
8.2 In particular, we accept no liability for any financial losses you may incur as a result of applying any knowledge or information gained from the course to your personal financial decisions.
8.3 Our total liability to you in respect of all losses arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course.
8.4 Nothing in these terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
8.5 We shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control.
9.1 You are responsible for ensuring that your equipment (computer, internet connection, software) is suitable for accessing the course content.
9.2 You must not use the course content for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
9.3 You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and must not share them with any third party.
9.4 We reserve the right to remove a participant from a live session if their behaviour is disruptive, abusive, offensive, or inappropriate towards the instructor or other participants. In such cases, no refund will be provided for that session or the remainder of the course.
10.1 We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
10.2 We will use your personal data to deliver the course, process your payment, communicate with you about the course, and comply with our legal obligations.
10.3 We will not share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the course (e.g. payment processors) or where required by law.
10.4 You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at info@gofinance.pro.

11.1 If you have any complaints about the course or our service, please contact us at info@gofinance.pro. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to resolve it within 30 working days.
12.1 We may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our website. The terms in force at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
13.1 These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. The parties shall seek to resolve any dispute amicably in the first instance, including through mediation, before commencing legal proceedings.
